REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note, once an order for purchase or sale has been confirmed by the customer, refunds or cancellation is not possible. All orders are final upon customer confirmation. We do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our designated address.

Deliveries are made only to the registered address of the customer. The customer is requested to keep proof of identity ready at the time of delivery as it may be required for verification by the courier partner. If in case, no one is available at the registered address to take delivery, delivery will be attempted two more times after which the package will be returned to the vault and the customer's balance will be credited back with the corresponding grams of gold. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, by the courier partner, as is stated above, shipping charges will be payable as and when the customer asks for delivery.

Customers are required to verify that the package they are accepting has not been tampered with and is of acceptable quality. Once delivery has been taken by the customer, returns and refunds are not possible. All of our products are 100% certified and there should never be any problems with regards to the quality. Refund

Any refunds due by MGK to the user for non-availability of articles shall be credited to the registered user’s business deposits balance with MGK.

Refund in case of damaged or wrong items

Once you request to return a product via email at customercare@mygoldkart.com, a pick up is arranged for the item. Our courier partners will collect the item within 5-8 working days/business days from the day of registering the return request and re-deliver the ordered items. It is hereby clarified that fees and charges, once paid, are non-refundable.

Conditions of the product

The product(s) to be returned by you should be in same condition as they were delivered to you, in order to avail the benefits of the Exchange and Return policy of the Company.

Conditions for the Policy

The product should be original and accompanied with original product certificate, original invoice and bills. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, we will send the product to the Lab for recertification before processing the return under the Exchange and Return Policy. The shipping cost and the cost of such certification shall be borne by the customer.
